• Your first step is to discuss with the artist what you desire in the painting, i.e.; canvas size, subject matter, light, placement of objects, etc.   A 20% deposit is required to commence the work by Stavast.  A sketch is then created by the artist according to your conversation.  
  After you have seen and approved the sketch Stavast will start the first stage of your painting.  Once the painting is completed in its first stage you will have the opportunity to view it and discuss the painting with the artist.  Upon approval a one-third deposit of the balance due is then required.

• After your approval of the first stage, the second stage is commenced. Once completed, you will be able to view the painting in this stage.  The second stage is the most essential as it is at this point any significant changes may be made.   Upon your approval of the second stage another one-third payment is required.

• The third and final stage of your painting is then completed by Stavast.  Upon payment of the balance you will receive your commissioned work of art.
